Where do you ship from?

We ship from Slovenia (EU). Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the quantity and product type. Custom-made products (such as electronic radio devices) are made to order and typically take 2–5 days to produce. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.
What is your return policy?

Due to the specialized nature of our developer tools and electronics, we accept returns only for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.
Can I get technical support after purchase?

Yes! We offer technical support for our products. For detailed questions, we also provide documentation and community resources. If answers can’t be found, you can email us your questions.
How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.
How long does shipping take?
  • Within the EU: Typically 3–7 business days

  • Outside the EU: Usually 7–15 business days Delays may occur due to customs or local carrier issues.
Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to the USA and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. For other countries that are not listed please contact us via email.
Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save shipping details for future purchases.
What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated time. We’ll assist you with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or modify your order if it hasn’t shipped yet and does not include made-to-order products (electronic radio devices). For made-to-order products, modifications are possible only if you contact us up to 1 hour after purchase. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to request any changes.
Do you charge VAT?
  • Our company is not a VAT payer in accordance with the Slovenian Value Added Tax Act (Zakon o davku na dodano vrednost – ZDDV-1). Consequently, all prices are final and do not include VAT.

  • Non-EU customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes as per local laws.

Are your devices durable and waterproof?

Many of our enclosures are built to be durable and weather-resistant, suitable for outdoor and rugged environments. We don’t just say they are durable - they are tested. We also offer lighter, non-waterproof LoRa radios - perfect when full environmental protection isn't needed. Be sure to check the product description to see which version best fits your needs.
Do you need a license to use your Meshtastic radios?

Meshtastic radios typically use license-free ISM bands (such as 868 MHz or 915 MHz), but we recommend checking your local radio regulations to ensure compliance in your country.
What is Meshtastic, and how does it work?

Meshtastic is an open-source project that uses LoRa radios to create mesh networks. It allows devices to communicate over long distances without needing cellular or internet access. You can send text messages, share locations, and more - all offline.
Do your products come pre-configured?

Most devices are shipped pre-flashed and tested, but you'll still need to configure them for your specific use case. We provide basic setup guides, and the community offers plenty of support for customizing Meshtastic nodes.
I didn't get digital content, what now?

Check your e-mail spam folder and your Expeditus systems account (profile/orders - access digital content). If it's still missing, contact us.
