Return Policy

1. Right to Withdraw
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (ZVPot-1), customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. This applies only to products not made to order.

2. Custom-Made or Made-to-order Products
Returns are not accepted for custom-made products or products tailored to individual customer specifications (e.g. made-to-order electronic radio devices). The legal basis for this exception is Article 134(5) of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), which states that consumers have no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s precise specifications or clearly personalized.

3. Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned items must be:

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or if parts included at delivery are missing.
