Shipping Policy (EU & International)

1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Slovenia (EU).

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days, depending on quantity and product type.
Custom-made or made-to-order products (e.g. electronic radio devices built after payment) typically require 2–5 business days to produce, depending on the number of orders.

3. Shipping & Tracking
The provider commits to delivering the goods or performing the service as soon as possible. The buyer will receive the ordered goods at the address provided during the order. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. We use reliable carriers (e.g. GLS, Post Slovenia) and Eurosender shipping service based on destination and package type.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Slovenia: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–8 business days

  • USA and Canada: 7–21 business days (delays possible due to customs or local handling)

5. Legal Delivery Deadline
Under EU law, orders must be delivered within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. If we cannot meet this deadline, we will offer you a revised delivery or the option to cancel your order.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipments outside the EU may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.

7. Loss or Damage in Transit
We bear responsibility for loss or damage until the package is received by you. If a package is lost or returns undelivered, we will address the issue based on the selected delivery terms.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to incorrect address or non-acceptance, we may charge for re-shipping.
