1. General
By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change them without prior notice. Any changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

3. Prices
All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid at the time of ordering. In case of a clearly incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. Purchase and contract
Orders are placed via our online store. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is considered concluded once we confirm your order. The contract is concluded in slovenian language when the customer is buying in Slovenia and in english if the customer is buying outside Slovenia.

6. Shipping
Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy, published on our website. If an item is out of stock, you will be informed of the estimated production time or offered a cancellation option. We ship to Slovenia, the EU, and other countries.
7. Made-to-order Products
Products manufactured only after payment (e.g. radio devices, customized electronics) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as per Article 135(1) of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).
8. Non-certified devices
Some products, particularly electronic radio devices and antennas, are sold as development prototypes or test units and are not certified under EU directives such as RED or EMC. These products are not intended for end-user or general consumer use.

Battery use: Devices may include built-in lithium batteries. Usage and charging are at the user’s own risk.

Antenna use: Antennas sold separately do not transmit signals on their own. If used with a radio unit, the user must comply with all local regulations regarding frequency and power.

Limited sale: Devices and antennas are sold in limited quantities, intended for hobbyists, developers, and laboratory use only.
By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that they understand:

They assume full responsibility for proper and legal use.

The seller is not liable for interference, damage, or violations of local regulations resulting from improper use.
9. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Return costs are borne by the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Made-to-order or customized products (see point 7),
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery,
- Items damaged due to improper use.

10. Warranty and Complaints
You have the legal right to submit a complaint for non-conforming goods within two years of delivery. Defects must be reported within two months of discovery. We handle complaints according to applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Guarantee
We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on our products, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Limited Warranty Policy for Development / Test Devices
Scope of Warranty
We offer a 12-month limited warranty against material defects and assembly faults that were present at the time of delivery.
The warranty does not apply if the device has been used contrary to the instructions or has been modified.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, water (unless the product is declared waterproof), improper power supply, modifications, etc.
As this is a development/test device, we do not guarantee flawless operation under all conditions.
What the Warranty Covers
Repair or replacement of components proven to be defective due to manufacturing or material faults.
If repair is not possible: replacement with the same or comparable unit.
If that is not possible: partial refund based on the period of use.
How to Claim the Warranty
The buyer must provide a description of the issue, photos, and the device serial number/ID.
The buyer ships the product to the seller at their own cost.
If the warranty claim is accepted, the seller covers the costs of repair/replacement and return shipping to the buyer.
These devices are not certified for final consumer use and are intended solely for testing, development, or research purposes. Use is permitted exclusively at the user’s own risk. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, modifications, or legal non-compliance in specific countries.
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

The product was used contrary to its intended purpose or instructions.

The product was physically damaged (e.g., drops, impacts, water ingress - except if product was declared as waterproof, improper power supply).
For valid warranty claims, we will repair, replace, or refund the product free of charge.

12. Data Protection

13. Dispute Resolution

14. Registration
Registration on the website for purchase is not mandatory but recommended, as it allows you to view your purchase history, manage addresses, and simplifies and speeds up future purchases.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee the actual product features. The company also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the online store at any time. It accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use, malfunction, or temporary unavailability of the website.
